Sir/Madam,

We, the undersigned, residents of (Kenduguri, nagaon) are writing to request permission to organize a picnic outing for 18th people to Bhelughat from Nagaon. The picnic is planned for 16th January 2024.

Details of the Picnic:

Purpose: The purpose of the picnic is to celebrate new year 2024.

Participants: The picnic will involve 18th participants, all residents of Kenduguri, Nagaon.

Transportation: We plan to travel by hired (Two) vehicles. The vehicle registration numbers are :
1) AS01BE96XX
2) AS12P29XX
Driver license documents are also attached. (Xerox Mandatory)

Activities: During the picnic, we plan to engage in sightseeing, nature walks etc. We will ensure no activities that harm the environment or disturb the local community.

Safety and Security: We are committed to maintaining the safety and security of all participants and the surrounding environment.

We request your kind permission to conduct this picnic outing. We assure you that we will cooperate fully with any guidelines or instructions you may provide. We appreciate your time and consideration.
